Yes. Payment plans for up to 90 days are offered on Custom Designed Hats. Please contact our store 713-213-8591 to set up the arrangement. 1/3 of the payment must be made each month on or before the designated day. Payments are non-refundable.

Hats can be returned within five days of purchase only if the hat (s) has faulty stitching, or some defects in the design. Hats must be returned

with tags, original packaging, clean and free from dirt, make-up, or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping fees. If there are any defects within the design, all shipping fees will be paid by our company.

Customers are welcome to exchange defective hats, for an instore exchange of a hat (s) design equal to the original purchase or a gift card of equal amount. We do not give cash refunds. Customers are encouraged to call us immediately to discuss any issues with merchandise. Our team’s commitment is to ensure your hats design is of top quality. Through Quality Control inspections are performed before hats are shipped.

Our hat crowns are measured at 22.5 inches in diameter, and some contain the adjustable drawstring in the crown.

Custom Hats are available from size 20 inches to 24 inches head sizes.
